We are known for our Beach Portraiture and this lovely family is a perfect example of what we do best: Multi-Generational Beach Sessions. These multi-generational sessions can be quite cumbersome when I am working with upwards of 30 people, but I always come prepared with a few tricks up my sleeve, like treats for the kids (and sometimes more importantly….treats for the adults). These larger group sessions always include enough time for not only the Extended Family Portrait, but we make sure to capture Individual Family Portraits for each family as well. And lastly, we always make sure to capture the grandparents with all their grandchildren (often the most important of all the images we capture that day). These sessions are not particularly heavy on candid work, simply because of timing, but we do try and do a few more fun things with the kids at the end of the session.
