What’s the story about the cobbler’s daughter…that she never had new shoes?  Such is life for the photographer’s daughter’s as well.  This time of year, it’s impossible to find a free day to photograph my own children for the holiday.   Last week, we had a cold snap here in Naples and it was close to 50 degrees in the morning.  My poor girls were dragged out onto the beach at sunrise, when clearly no one else would consider bringing their children out in sweaters, let alone bikinis, so that I could get a few shots of them.  They were less than thrilled with me…only when I bribed them with hot cocoa and an early school pick-up did I finally get some good smiles out of them…
