Frequently Asked Questions:

What is your refund policy?

We only take a limited number of bookings each week and therefore have to assume that everyone we schedule is moving forward with their session. Once your session is booked, it precludes us from scheduling anyone else for that time, and therefore the session fees are non-refundable. That being said, we understand that family emergencies do arise and certainly will address those on a case by case basis.

How do we book?

To book your session, please reach out to us at the studio at 239.438.6435 and we can help you can schedule your session. Payment is required in advance to secure your reservation.

What Should We Wear?

Wear what you love! We want your personality to be captured! We suggest finding complementary colors so that color tones blend, but this does not mean you have to all wear the same thing. In fact, we think it best if there is a little variation in the color palette so that everyone in your group shines through. Colors that work well together on the beach are: Navy + White (maybe even with pop of canary yellow), Light Blue +White, Pink/Lavender/White/Gray. Black tends to be harsh for the beach and if you are leaning towards a darker color palette, we suggest navy or charcoal grey instead.

What if it rains?

The weather is usually beautiful here in Naples, but in the case of heavy rain, we do our best to accommodate and reschedule within a reasonable time frame.

What time of day are the sessions?

We offer two sessions per day on the beach; sunrise and sunset. Sessions that are scheduled at a non-beach location have more flexibility with timing depending upon location.
