I am lucky that in my job, I am able to visually see and document how kids grow and change from year-to-year. I photographed The Pearls for the first time last year for their holiday card, and so it is really fun for me to have the chance to create something new for them again this year. The shoot itself took place at their grandmother’s home and I could not have asked for a more beautiful setting. The images captured have such a wonderful “Town & Country” feel to them, but for Lisa they also carry a special meaning since they were photographed at her mother’s home. Lisa has an incredible sense of style and I just loved the idea of using the ottoman outside in some of the shots. That one little piece of furniture really added a little something to some of these photos. Enjoy!
