This post is a little bittersweet for me. After 20+ years, I think I can say that this here might be one of the last weddings that I photograph. For the past few years I’ve been building up my portrait business and am now moving more into the education realm. The truth is, that I really fall in love with so many of my brides and the last two weddings in particular have been two of the sweetest brides I’ve ever had, which makes closing this door seem so much harder. But after 500+ weddings, I feel like it’s time for me to walk through the next door and put myself out there in other ways. I will always be open to working with certain clients because for me, so much of what I do is because of the realtionships I establish. But in general, I’ll be focusing on other things like Fine-Art Portraits and Education.
So thank you sweet Margie for making my last wedding so incredibly wonderful. I enjoyed every minute of it with your crazy family and friends. Cheers Everyone!
