I don’t guarantee that my photographs will always be perfect, but I do promise that they will be real. Evoking emotion is what photography is all about for me. I want to FEEL something when I am looking at a photo. I want to stir something in me and certainly my client. Depending on the image, I can feel empathy, compassion, sadness, joy, love or in this case– I crack a little smile knowing that we all have our breaking point. This little guy here was such a trooper in the brutal Florida Cold (yes, it was like in the 40’s the morning of our shoot), but at some point, enough is enough and he was over it. Nothing that a lollipop couldn’t fix a few minutes later, but what we captured here certainly makes me feel something– and that’s what photography is all about.
